If it's the stock 210 hp 350, it would flow more than enough with 2 1/4 inch true duals, and that's with high flow cats and performance mufflers. My friend has a performance shop with a dyno and we experient with exhaust pipe size all the time. My 239 hp Crown Victoria 4.6 made better torque with a high flowing 2 inch true dual setup over other bigger pipe sizes
