I purchased this 12 days ago and have used it twice since then, once for grinding tomato puree and the second for a milkshake.
Both times it started leaking from the bottom where the blade is. Is this issue with my product only or are you facing the same?
Also if you are not facing this can you tell me how can I fix this? Also the return period has expired, where do I contact for customer care?
It should not leak, make sure it’s closed properly and it’s not too much full while grinding. If it’s leaking always I would recommend to connect with customer care. I can understand return window is over but still you have warranty.

isamen paalak ya dusri sabjiyon ko peesa ja sakata hai. isake lie aapako jaar mein thoda paanee daalana hoga. shuddh gaajar ya chukandar ke ras ke lie yah achchha vikalp nahin hoga. Milkshake aur Smoothie banaane ke liye ye achchha hai.

can i use it for beetroot carrot juice
It can grind beetroot and carrot. For that you need to add some water in the jar. For pure carrot or beetroot juice this will not be good choice. it's good to make Milkshake and Smoothie.

Sir es grinder mei bhuna hua chna grinde ho sakta hain
ha bhuna hua chna grinde ho jata hai ache se dry blade k sath mai. ager koi chana bhuna hua nahi hai to use nikal dena, ho sakta hai ache se grinde na ho.

Can we use wet grinding blade for dry grinding?
You may use but you may not get best result. as blades are designed for those specific purpose.
This doesn't have pulse mode operation, right?
Also which blade to use for what operations?

why do we need a blender if we have a mixer ? Both have same usage right ?
Its is a juicer mixer and grinder. If your current mixer is doing all the jobs then you don’t need another one.

Yes it is easy to clean. I have not used much after sale service. I have called them twice and support was good on those.

Maine oats grind to karke nahi check kiya. But baki jin sab chijo k liye maine ise usekiya hai us experience se kah sakta hu aram se grind ho jaye ge.
What is the use of the 3rd jar, will it be ok if I only buy 2 jar version
With 2 jar model you will get just one blade and two jar. In 3 jar model you will get 2 blade(for dry and wet grinding), 2 jar and one sipper. Sipper can also be used as jar for grinding.

How is the customer support?..

Yes it’s working perfectly fine. It can grind beatroot carrot but it’s not a good choice to make juice of beatroot and carrots everyday. For that you can select any other juicer in the market.

To make beatroot and carrot juice daily I would suggest to go with sujata mixer grinder. I know this is bit costly but this is the best.

I didn’t faced any issue till now. If you use it continuously then it may have heating issue. They recommend to use it for 1 min and then stop for 1 mins.
