- People try to find an alternative to the Almighty so they don’t have to deal with the issues of sin, humility and submission. And one way they do this is to get involved with some sort of divination. Ouija boards, horoscopes, tarot cards, or channeling the spirit world-these are all occult practices and condemned by God.
In this message, Pastor Lutzer gives us three reasons why people try to tap into the occult, and why such seemingly innocent practices can trap a person into a life of spiritual slavery.
