The friendship between Brett, Foster and Kidd was unmatched (the women lounge, that episode where they help teenagers on the road) love those seasons with them. I love Violet, but she’ll always be part of the young fun trio alongside Gallo and Ritter.
My favorites are Chicago Fire. Casey & Severide of course. Brett, Kidd, & Violet miss those three ladies together. I also loved Brett, Kidd, Fosters in season 7 & 8.
Losing Dawson, Casey, Brett, and now Boden from Fire, has been tough to take. I remember when I thought losing Shay would be the worst thing that could happen to the show! We need Severide now more than ever!
I really like Mitch Ripley as a character & his equation not only with Sully but also with Charles & Hannah. Looking forward to see Mitch's journey this season.
I love that David Eigenberg is a bar owner in two different shows -- Sex and the City (Brady's) and Chicago Fire (Molly's). All that was missing was Matt Casey responding to a fire where the person trapped inside the house had Lupus.
Imagine Hank Voight being your friend, male or female, how safe you would feel. Learn some real life lessons and get a real moral compass as well. More Father than friend for Hailey, but for real friendship I vote Mouch and Hermann.
