Koseki Village Electroculus 99% of players don't have it [Genshin Impact]

YALL-
You're supposed to do it a different way lol!
Go to the seraimaru boat and solve all the puzzles going down until you unlock the underground cave land. You need to then solve the puzzle (I'll give you a brief explanation, find a tutorial for better understanding)
Find the 1st relay stone ( can't remember location but you should find it pretty fast.)
Find the second relay stone:
1. Go up to the fatui camp and defeat all of them
2. Walk upwards towards the top land. And down to your left, at some point you should see a rocky formation (like in liyue) with electro infused in it.
3. Use a pyro character (Bennett reccomend) on the rocky formation to break it.
4. Pick up electroculus and climb back up to the original land. Run over to the electro shielded area. With the electrograna you can enter inside, then, grab the relay stone and glide back to the ship with all of the electro thingies that need to be connected.
5. Put the relay stone between one of the electro supplying pillars, so it will connect to the middle one that's right next to the empty electrograna tree.
Get the 3rd relay stone
1. Go get the electrograna you unlocked before (in the electro infused stone formation.) And glide over to the ship. At the top of the ship there is a little portal you can rotate.
2. Before grabbing the electrograna make sure that the portal will bring you to the other electro shielded area by rotating it.
3. With electrograna in hand, glide to the ship with the portal, and use the portal to bring you to the last shielded area. (You need an electrograna to get in or it will kick you out.)
4. Grab the last relay stone in the shielded area and put it between the last electro pillar (in the other half of the ship) and the electro receiver. (Next to empty electrograna.)
This should then unlock the gate where a chest is waiting, go inside and you will find an electro seelie (purple orb). Follow the electro seelie until it it lands at the ship where you can no longer move it. The seelie should restore the dead electrograna holder tree.
Lastly, you need to grab the electrograna from the previously empty holder and it will spawn those little teleporting things you can just fly up using them (there is a little hole above the electrograna that you will grab so it will bring you into the air above ground. By the time you reach the last teleport thingy you will reach the electroculus.
Yes, this is a lengthy process, but in the end you get 3 other electroculi and tons of treasure. So it's more worth it. Hope my explanation was helpful! Good luck and may the archons bless your gacha. 🤺

You can reach it from the waypoint without any food. But you need anemo resonance, Amber/Collei, and a fan.
