Record Companies give their artists up front signing bonuses, and their usually 6 figure sums, so if your cut out of the deal is say $.50 per album and $.10 per single and you've only sold around 350k albums you probably still haven't paid back the record company for the initial bonus, plus Tyga is signed to 3 companies Cash Money, Young Money and Universal so there is a huge cut taken out. Also I've heard Tyga say that its his choice to pay for his own videos so you can't blame the label there
