    Great work as always. I think music in background is fine but volume up the voice of tools:D Like to hear them.

    Not sure what make the machine is but it looks like a beast!! U do great work. Looks like you're on the careful side... Do u ever do or consider doing high speed machining?? That mill looks capable of it and looks like your programming skills are sharp enough. Removing that much material and all. And a shout out to the guys on here "arguing"... like man... All of us machinists have our own way of doing things. Most of us are very particular n such. You're both right and both wrong. Which one of yall actually knows the travel of that particular machine?? Do yall know if it actually has a "hard stop" or will it wreck itself?? Ive been on a machine that was "modified" or "altered" and this lathe went so far back it literally did rip itself off the screw in the z axis. I went too far back in jog and it hit, jumped forward, jumped backwards and right off the axis itself... Cmon guys. Lets all get along amd be constructive with our comments. Whether they're positive or negative lets keep em constructive :):) great lookin part dude!!

    Привет. Классные видео!!! Хотелось бы узнать больше о оправках и удлинителях которые используйте, вылеты достаточно большие, твердосплавные оправки? На чистовых инструментах когда обрабатывайте детали какая шероховатость получается? Спасибо)
    Hello. Cool videos!!! I would like to know more about the toolholders and extensions you use, are the overhangs large enough, carbide toolholders? On finishing tools, when processing parts, what kind of roughness is obtained? Thank you)

      Привет. В основном мы используем карбидные держатели. В основном шероховатость поверхности составляет около 1,6 Ra.

      дак сухари в тисках, вставляются в паз стола станка. Ну или если сухарей нет, то выставляются по идикатору

    • @user-df1gy4qy3j

      как вариант делать параллельку чтобы можно было зажать сразу в двух тисках и обкатать по индикатору.

    How did you find parameter like...S F ?? I know formula..but if i use 3mm endmill it shows 10000 rpm for aluminium...
    But our machine has only capable of 6000rpm.... What to do??.... I also need feed as per rpm....can you guide me?

    • @CncFrezar
      @CncFrezar  2 года назад +1

      I use the application / cnc tools / for the calculation. Everything is based on cutting speed and feed per tooth.
      You have 2 options.
      - buy an accelerator head, spindle
      - reduce the feed depending on the speed

    • @CncFrezar
      @CncFrezar  2 года назад +2

      There is probably an item in the system that slows down a sharp transition. However, we do not yet know how to turn it off.

  • @chrisyboy666

    That tool length could and should of been @ least halved…

    • @CncFrezar

      You are right. Then, however, the spindle would not get to the work table with the tool

    • @chrisyboy666
      @chrisyboy666 2 года назад

      @@CncFrezar of that’s a Fanuc control you can change it in parameters…so the drive dogs can actually touch the table I would only do this if you have good operators and programmers which I judging by your vids it shouldn’t be. Problem….you can put a safety macro in the prg where it will check the tool offset and the table distance and Z 0
      If you you need to be extra safe

      @@chrisyboy666 NOT AT ALL!!!, its a physical limit of the ballscrew length, yes you can change the soft limit parameters, but them you smash your ballnut into the lower bearing block practically destroying the Z axis. what a stupid thing to say.

      @CncFrezar  2 года назад +1

      it is a mechanical problem

    • @chrisyboy666
      @chrisyboy666 2 года назад +1

      @@max_eley…it’s impossible to smash the ballnut into the block it will hit the hard stop 1st…it’s a physically impossible to damage the Z axis by over-travelling is if you have a bang a heavy bang and you snap or damage the surge ring and the balls come out then the collar has to be removed the balls re set along the start profile on the ground blunt start of the lead screw …All machine have the capacity for the spindle neck to be 20MM from the table all the high end machines are built this way it’s only entry level lower end machines like iHAAS/Doosan etc cheap shite like that…where the lead screw is. Much shorter this is cost cutting exercise nothing less…..
