I just bought the cyberbike cyclone and I love it. It has a great build quality the motor has nice punch at 130 newton meters and I'm finding out every day that the range is fantastic on one charge I'm getting about 60 mi on flat climbing I get between 30 and 35 MI. The suspension is really good after I dialed it in. They included a fork pump, front headlight and rear taillight and set of ballend Allen keys. The dropper post included. strongly recommend.
I just tested this bike out today in one of the hardest/challenging trails in south cal and man what a game changer, it made my riding super enjoyable. I had it on level 5 all the way up and using the throttle for fun in some parts to try to see if it would drain the battery went up 10 miles in steep climbing but once I got to the top I had only wasted one bar. The way down was fun as well I just have to dial in the suspension.
O Hell Yeah, it comes w/ a dropper post too, that's not bad.... 48v 750w isn't bad either but it would be better if it had 1000w/1500w but I wouldn't complain about it if it actually hit 30mph w/ 750w. My only problem is I don't like mullet set-ups because I don't do a lot of downhill but I do ride a lot of street so maybe dual 27.5s w/ dual purpose tires so I could still hit some trails.... Awesome video Mike, keep up the great work. 😁👍🖤
Are any of the Cyberbike models built to fit 6'5" riders? Their website simply states the the XL is for riders over 6'1". How much over 6'1"? Even a few inches too little makes a big difference in comfort.
I bought one in April, the motor went bad after 3 weeks and I had a very bad hike out. I lost 4 weeks waiting for another motor which didn't work either, which I had to install myself. All the lights broke(wires pulled out). The pedal bent, the derailer broke, the derailer hanger broke, the grips suck and the suspension is terrible. Now I am waiting another 2 weeks in the prime of Fall riding for a that derailer hanger which they keep promising it's in the mail. Oh yeah, the rear tire sidewall blew out and I was getting punctures every other ride until I switched to real tires. For the price, 2800, which isn't that far off from big brands you get a very questionable part set and the amt of personal time spent working on the bike and the time I LOST waiting for parts, I would highly not recommend this bike unless you consistently ride on paved or smooth trails and are not aggressively riding. I have never taken this bike to a park to ride.
@@10tenman10 I've been looking at the Ramblas too, but it only goes 20mph and doesn't have a throttle. It's also a hardtail, so there's really very little the two have in common, other than they're both e-mtb's. I'm leery of the components, build quality and motor on the Cyberbike. Most e-mtb's set up in this way are at least $7K.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to address your concerns directly. At Cyberbike, we take pride in both our bikes and our customer service, and we’re committed to supporting riders when issues arise. Your motor issue was certainly not typical, and while we quickly sent replacements, we understand that waiting for parts can be frustrating-especially during peak riding season. The derailleur hanger delay and wiring concerns you mentioned are not reflective of the quality we strive for, and we’ve since taken steps to improve our supply chain and component durability to prevent similar occurrences. For riders who push the bike aggressively, upgrading tires and tuning suspension is common on all e-mountain bikes, regardless of brand. That said, we aim to deliver a high-performance bike at a competitive price, and it’s clear we fell short for you this time. We’re truly sorry for that and are here to ensure you can get back to enjoying your rides. If you’d like, we’d be happy to schedule a call to resolve any outstanding issues and discuss ways to optimize your bike’s setup for your style of riding. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback-it helps us improve for you and all Cyberbike riders.

How comfortable is it to pedal at higher speeds like 28mph for extended distances? I am considering also using this bike for commuting ~10 miles

Those trails look fun. Pretty cool bike too.

Looks slick!!
Dang! That’s a pretty solid deal. Looking into this for sure.
Out of curiosity, what lavaliere mic are you using? The sound quality is impressive out on the trail
Great price point for this bike.

Nice video . I wonder how would perform in a 6’ 3’’ , 240 pound guy like me?🧐
Hey I’m curious to know what the Newton meters of torque that motor puts out. I haven’t been able to find anything on their website.
130 nm

Good comment. I had never heard of this motor and would be reluctant to buy it for that reason alone. I'm looking at the Aventon Ramblas presently.

I think if a brand is going to put on something like a dropper post, they should probably at least use a better seat than this.
90mm stem?! Oh dear, oh dear 🤦 Replace immediately with something loads shorter.
