From someone who has played all the 16's so far i think its safe to say This feels like a 17.
With that note, it’s now been rerated to be a 17 in A3 within just a month of release.
for those saying this should be a 17, i have good news. in the the new ddr game, a3, the expert single chart was rerated to a 17.
also probably the first golden league (plus) chart to be re-rated, iirc

I started crying in the paranoia part because of the nostalgia :')
After playing this song for the first time (and white lamp AAAing it) i cried because i recognised paranoai i think. However because i cried so much it messed up the cabinets circutry and made the ddr cabinet become sentient. It said that i need to defeat max 360 challenge or the entire city would blow up (it hacked into japans missile system). Luckily, because i am a pro at ddr i beat the song easily, and the machine exploded because my score went over 1,000,000. Afterwards, the arcade staff saw what happened and gave me infinite credits on ddr for neutralising evil machine, and gave me 10,000 tickets, which i spent on a kettle.

This definitely looks like it plays like an easy 17, probably because of the length and the whiplash soflan but still seems like a much easier PFC than something like poochie so who knows. Looks tax tho

Konami messed up with rating this a 16. This is either a broken 17 or an milquetoast 18 at best. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait several more years until KONMAI realizes their mistakes and re-rates it to a higher difficulty.

@@wompa164 I think you missed the joke. The point is that it's actually nowhere near an 18 as it is a reference to Jucunda Memoria ESP being "either a broken 18 or an milquetoast 19".

Really chill 16, honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it gets downrated to a 15 at some point.
This is by no means an easy/chill 16. Although it is straight forward (to some extent), it's very technical and tricky at some sections. After playing it yesterday, I personally feel it's a 17.

Konami messed up with rating this a 17. This is either a broken 18 or an milquetoast 19 at best. This chart's just atrocious in every way, probably the worst one in all of A20+. Streams this broken alongside tremendous amounts of jump-stepping and ridiculously fast double-stepping where your feet and legs wander around aimlessly at an uncomfortable BPM put Dead End "Groove Radar" Special to shame in regards to quality. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait several more years until Konami realizes their mistakes and re-rates it to a higher difficulty (or at least just fix the chart so it's playable).

@@Popcornio I’m not mentioning about what the part of the music is based after. I know it’s based from Paranoia Revolution and the steps are pretty much the same as ESP.
I’m mentioning on how the chart is made. It’s just that B is infamously known to have a very long 120 jackhammer on a same arrow in a row on CSP.
Fortunately the jackhammer on this song is nowhere intense as B is.

Actually it's the jackhammer from the old Expert chart of PARANOiA ETERNAL from DDR 5th Mix, which is also used in the Expert chart of PARANOiA Revolution.

@@matias_8823 I didn't say people were wrong, although the implication is an easy conclusion to draw in hindsight. It's moreso reading a majority of the comments for this video specifically come off as expectant or entitled by yelling at Konami that *they're* wrong about what they rated it. It's been proven time and time again that, as time goes on after charts release, with the influx of player score data worldwide they later on rerate things more appropriately. Aaroninjapan has confirmed this a handful of times himself considering he helps with ratings himself when he can. You're right, I did stop caring about the game a while ago, and a huge majority of that was because of the inherent toxicity and elitism that bleeds from most of the players, which is a huge rant that would be better suited to Facebook and here. It was an offhanded comment I was probably better off not making. But when people are directly called out on their behaviour instead, most people tend to backpedal or accuse others instead of admitting fault, another huge issue this community has. There's a good reason I stopped caring in the first place, I just enjoy the music and seeing how charts progress since there's like, four people I'm friends with who semi-commonly still play it themselves
When the only comeback someone has is calling me edgy for an observation, or misconstruing my words to make me look worse than I initially did, it doesn't make yourself look much better either.
