  • The following is an excerpt from a session at the American Society for Radiation Oncology's 2022 Annual Meeting, "EI and AI: Caring for the Patient in a Wireless World." This session highlights the importance of the physician-patient relationship, including the need to focus on communication and empathy, and attention to a patient’s quality of life. In an effort to help other patients and healthcare professionals, ASTRO made this open-access for all to learn.
