Summary of the video
In this video, Hrishabh talks about starting his career as a trader. He shares the story of his interest in markets, and how b-school was a great opportunity that helped him train the market muscle. He further talks about how b-school is not a placement agency, but a place to gather knowledge and networks.
He shares how 2 years at b-school are a great time to dabble in different competitions and clubs in order to figure out what one wants to do in the future. Further, he talks about working with Citibank, and how he heard abuses hurled on his very first day. He talks about being resilient, and emotionally aloof on the trading floor. Next, he takes us through the skills that a trader needs.
Hrishabh talks about the importance of planning one’s day before work and analysing the daily work done in order to improve. He shares how traders keep a diary where they note down daily strategies, observations and activities, thus learning on a day to day basis.
Finally, Hrishabh touches upon algo trading and machine learning and how these are changing the way trading is done. He tells us about how machine learning is used in the trade of derivatives and commodities and further mentions how certain types of trade still require a human touch.
If you’re curious about stocks, trading, and want to build a career as a trader, this video is for you.

Or MBA courses indirectly jhoot bolna Sikhata they only focused on packing not on quality....is me customer ko kaise katna hai ....kaise paise nikale client se ....or engg isse opposite kam karta....they try to provide you quality.
I didn't feel anything like that

What is your suggestion for someone interested in Trading. What's that they should be looking for gaining experience.
rajalakshmi punuru Dont do it
Enter into it
Do a job in any stock broking company first.
Prepare for heavy losses first
Learn to preserve the capital first. Learn price action and do not venture into futures and options till you master capital market trading. Futures and options is not for beginners
Great interview
Thanks for the appreciation.

Successful trader is one who is discipline and physiology
5:40 , So you mean The Wolf of Wall Street was a correct depiction of jobs in stock market?
I think the point is that it's a high pressure situation that governs such high profile trading floors. So it would only be natural that they yell and abuse to get the work done and do it right. This ain't like normal sales.. they are dealing in cores, I think a few abuses can go unnoticed.. 😁
Reminded me of The Wolf of the Wall Street, when he said abuses are thrown lol.
If you have cracked CAT then you already know how to control emotions 🖤
Lol no
1st job is important !!! Not for someone who's already born with a silver spoon but for the one who didn't even had proper food to eat
The interviewer needs to be eloquent, otherwise 👍
Why everyone is an engineer in iims ?
To shot at redemption.
Already exhausted by studying 40 subject. To revise it again...they do MBA. Just kidding.
Engineers are smarter than others to crack it down. As simple as that 😂😂
Because CAT(entrance exam for IIMs) is easy for an engineer as they are comfortable with the topic of quants.
8:20 woah !!!!! I want Citi ! :P !
I'm a commodity trader by Profession. I agree with all his advice.
Hey bro, please tell me which factor affecting the prices of crudeoil
And how long u have been into this profession
@@Dingutu First of all crude is very volatile commodity, and there are many factors affecting the prices of crude oil. For example IRAN & USA tensions, global economy slowdown, rising crude inventories etc.
@@Dingutu I am in this profession since 2018 ☺️
@@tejaswkumarkothari8085 I trade in crudeoil and most of the times I've fear of losing the money that's why I missed many of the big rides.

Please let me know the factors affecting the crudeoil prices
@@Dingutu Look man first of all you should have a strong knowledge of technical analysis to trade in the market. If you don't have any strong knowledge of technical analysis there are plenty of books out there in the the market. Get one ASAP

R u trading in cryptocurrency?
Which broker u choose
@@Dingutu I don't do it now. Since Indian govt stand on crypto currency is still unclear . Matter is still in supreme Court . But my many friends those living in foreign lands do it regularly.
