You are doing amazing! I am also on the road of recovery! I find that drink calorically dense drinks (like juices) when I'm thirsty instead of water helps squeeze in extra calories without making me too full for the needed snacks :)

I use a lot of regular full-fat cow milk, but I wanted to try out a few other ones and ended up REALLY liking the goat's milk haha ;) I still use cow's milk for drinking and cooking, but my oats are generally prepped with goat's milk now :) x
In recovery, "staying fit" honestly shouldn't be a priority. I haven't done ANY exercise for aaages and it feel great if I have to be honest. Priority 1 should be to regain a normal relationship with food, to gain weight, and to learn to love yourself again. After that, you can think about other things like exercise etc.
you eat such healthy food, i feel like when i get to the point in my recovery where i can eat better amounts, all i will want is junk, its all i day dream about atm

I'm trying to recover from an ed in which I lost x pounds, putting me under weight. I've decided that it's time to recover, so I've been eating more the past week. I feel great about recovery, but I feel like I never had an ed because I've never been hospitalized or told anybody. advice??
Kays Bow my tip is just to remind yourself that being sick doesn't mean being underweight or being hospitalised, it's a mental illness and therefor you cant really measure it? Idk it's hard, but you just need to remind yourself that what you feel is valid and you don't need anyone's approval to recover or to know that you are or have been ill, and there are so many people who feel the same as you, most people dont get hospitalised and that doesn't make anyone less sick😌

Ik drink redelijk veel - toch wel 2-3 liter per dag denk ik. Wanneer ik drink hangt een beetje van de dag af. 's Ochtends bij mijn ontbijt drink ik toch wel een halve liter thee uit mijn thermos (+doe ik heel wat melk in mijn oats), en dan tot lunch drink ik ook nog een beetje. Na elke maaltijd drink ik altijd wel een glaasje water (of melk of sap, maar meestal water) om uiteindelijk rond de 2-3 L uit te komen

Yeah they are expensive, I'm a student too- I tend to wait till they're on special offer then stock up (they are long-life)!

C. 60 g oats or a bit more. However much milk is required for that ;p
