One thing I really like about these works is that they aren't the "hyperrealistic cake" trend that so many cakes were, mediocre desserts that look impressive. These are actual high end deserts that look delicious
I love how AMAURY thinks about something then produces it. Everything looks sooo delish I would love to see him create in person. So amazing to watch but not long enough for me.
Exactly what I was thinking when a customer asks him can he make whatever his brain can already envision what it will look like in a nanosecond a real visionary with amazing set of hands..

This is one of my favorites you've done ever. The outward appearance may not be as bombastic as the big chocolate sculptures you make, but this looks SO delicious.

I have so much respect for the amount of work Amaury has put into mastering his craft. He's a master (chocolate) carpenter and engineer as well as a pâtissier, and the creativity to dream up these concoctions is out of this world.
It's got to the point where Amaury could drop a video of a fully operational cake heart transplant and I wouldn't be shocked that he'd managed to make one, just excited to find out what sort of fruit he made the blood transfusions out of.
