Sweeeeet! I haven't thought much of Faroe Islands for birdwatching, but since you mention Puffins, I can imagine there being Razorbills, Guillemots, Fulmars, Gannets, Kittiwakes and loads more.
I need to investigate this more for the future.

There were lots of birds including ones you mentioned :) best place on the islands was Mykines!
