Squatters ba yan o pangit lang bahay nila? Dami kong nakikitang bahay na residentials dyan na magaganda ang gawa yayamanin at iba naman barong barong lang. Possible naman na lupa nila yun kaso pangit lang gawa

@@tracy062 naka libot ka n ba dyan? Sa looban daming barong barong tapos katabi nila magagandang bahay na may garahe at magagarang kotse. Di sya helera ng mga barong barong kung hindi iba iba halo halo. May maganda tapos katabi pangit
@@tracy062 kala ko mga squatters nakatira dyan pero nagulat ako may mga mayayaman dyan na may bahay. Parang imposible naman na magpatayo sila ng magarang bahay tapos di sa kanila yung lupa. Di mo naman matatawag na squatter ang barong barong kung sa kanila naka pangalan yung lupa. May bahay dyan pag nilibot mo yan na sobrang ganda tapos katabi yung typical na itsura ng bahay ng mga “squatters” na tinatawag natin

Wow grabe,ang laki ng pinagbago ng maynila lalo na jan sa may intramuros at manila cathedral,ang nakapangit jan sa kahabaan ng cathedral,yung squatter,at sana panatiliin malinis,at maayos ang ligar,para lalo puntahan ng mga foreigner,nakakataba ng puso,pag nakikita mo pinupuntahan ng mga foreigner.hndi na pupunta ng ilocos,mga sinauna na mga gusali.

Are those residents, legal residents? Or are they squatters? If that is the case then local government need to remove them and give them proper housing. That is the least the local government can do since they have been there for decades. It is an unfortunate state of affairs in the Philippines. Hard headed people getting their way and ignoring basic law and decency. Why are they sitting on the curb. Security need to get rid of them around the touristy areas. Vloggers you can do your part by notifying local authorities, it doesn't take long to send an email with attachment regarding law breakers and nuisances in your city. Copy and share if you wish.

When I first saw Intramuros when I was young and have to check out universities for college, I know it can be one of PH's top tourist attractions! Manila City or the old Manila is technically the cultural center of the Philippines!
Safety and security is more important than improvement.
Intramuros has numerous institutions of higher learning. These institutions should have a regular clean up of their surrounding campuses as part of the civic duties of the faculty and students. If this happen on a regular basis, these very same people will bring with them what they have experienced and apply it once they start their professional lives.
Sir L .o y. can you also include the Sto Tomas Plaza ng Intramuros its 2 blocks away from right side of The Manila cathedral. I have heard its being cleared/cleaned too. Thanks sir.

Sir thank you sa update. Ano sir kaya ang gagawin doon sa nirerenovate na building sa kanang bahagi ng Manila Cathedral.I'm beginning to imagine a Mc Donald resto kagaya ng sa Vigan.(it looks excellent btw)
Instead of McDonald's why not a local chain. Instead of Starbucks why not Coffee Bean, it's a Philippine owned company. Intramuros can even have a food hall featuring local and regional delicacies, from mom and pop businesses to well established local chains.

Yong Kultura ng SM can also set up separate stores highlighting its best and exclusive products.There are also good Leather shoe stores manufactured in Laguna.Famous fasion dress stylist can set up offices sa Intramuros even Beauty clinic kagaya ng Bello and many others I'm not aware of.

@@_JonBuhay Yeah right Jon. Really, hats off for the I.A. (Intramuros Administration) they seem to have a plan or mission as to how to utilize this place (Intramuros). But let as not go far from where they are now. Ihave noticed that (from the camera vlogs vantage) the red brick colours are fading in time. Some are now turning gray especially in the area where the Starbucks and the squatter housings are, and its barely a month or two old project. Sana ma maintain,....like you said with a proper and effective administration. (I have checked the members of I.A....and they are all big time people!).
@@gov6754 It probably need sealant to protect from the elements. I doubt anything was applied once it was laid but anyway the bricks are thick enough so just hope it was laid properly.

Ang Vatican ay laging pinipintahan kaya laging maganda sa paningin ng mga deboto at mga turista. Ginawa ang Vatican noon pang fourteenth century ( 1377 ) actually in 4th century

Ang wall ng Manila Cathedral ay pinipintahan yata every ten years kaya kung pagmamasdan mong mabuti ito ay may mga bahagi na marumi at kulay lumot na. Lalo ang mga outside wall sill. Maaaring ang isang dahilan ay ang usok ng sasakyan galing sa tambutso nito, kaya sa Europe maraming mga kalye ay ginawang promenade dahil nga sa usok ng mga sasakyan. Kaya tama lang na ipagbawal sa mga lateral roads diyan sa intramuros ang mga four wheelers kung puede rin sana pati e.bike.
If this area is being promoted as pedestrian friendly keep vendors out. I don't know why we spend resources to beautify our surroundings only to have it destroyed by commerce.
Dapat walang vendors at squaters.
Puede naman siguro Ang mga motorized wheelchair diyan.

sana naman paglaanan ng pondo ang pagsasaayos ng mga spaghetti wires...pangit sa paningin...dugyot tingnan at hazard sa safety...ilang aksidente na ang nangyari dahil sa paglundo ng mga baging ng koryente at telecom cables...mukhang napakaruming agiw tingnan...sana naman ayusin nina Meyor..maaari namang gawing buried cables....

Napapansin ko lang mga govt project satin sub standard talaga ang quality. Like nitong bricks kailan lang natspos parang natatangal na mga bricks
wag kayo magtaka bakit mukhang nasa Europe, dahil sinakop Tayo Ng Spanish mahigit tatlong Daan taon,lahat yan pinagawa Ng Spanish.

Bakit po hindi ginawang pedestrian only ang front ng Cathedral, ay dyan mismo pumumpunta ang mga tourist, of all places, nandyan ang maraming foot traffic.
Mas magccomplement sana sa mga old buildings ang cobblestone kesa sa mga bricks. Tignan nyo na lang yung Calle Crisologo sa Vigan.
