For my quick prayers I select Augury, Protect from range, protect item. Protect magic doesn't make you any less likely to get frozen, it only reduces the damage from attacks such as ice barrage which doesn't actually hit that high anyway so protect range is much more important. If you see a team coming in look for the teleblocker, who is usually holding a mud battlestaff which means they are on the standard spellbook, be very wary of this and it is a good idea to teleport out if you see a teleblocker. Nearly all pkers who use ancients spellbook will wield a staff of water or an ancient staff, and these are less dangerous as you can stand in level 30 wilderness and immediately teleport if you get frozen by barrage. Also watch out for skull tricks as they are becoming more and more common in which people with similar names attack you and run away hoping you'll try and fight back against the other person and get skulled.

It's not cheaper than blessed coifs. I literally just this second bought 3 for 60k. Just don't buy the stupid overpriced ones. Each god has a different price.
I think I must still have a bias from when Karil's was 30k hahah. Looking at the Coifs now, they're all 80K+ with the most expensive at 100K. Karil's is currently 71K. I'm sure if you leave a low offer in you might get lucky; the same could be said for Karil's. Although Coifs have a +1 prayer bonus... I might make the switch haha
Charlie Powlett karils coif 1. is degradeable and you lose it on death 2. requires 70def 3. has the same offensive stats as the blessed dhide coif, and only slightly better defensive stats; no prayer bonus karils is about 71k. the bandos coif is 81k. i would gladly pay 81k for something i could protect yet also have +7 ranged acc and additionally, an extra prayer bonus. it requires only 40 or 45 defence to wear, which is perfect for mid level accs.
wait but is or almost considered op to have rev caves for pvm and everyone gets pked there, why wouldn't revs around the wilderness balance that out more
because it's only worth doing BECAUSE they're farmable. if you have to wander the wildy for a couple minutes before finding a rev then you don't even get anywhere close to the same amount. also if they were roaming EVERYWHERE in the wild then you wouldnt be able to take 50 steps without getting randomly killed

The rest sharks.. if your doing it any other way your doing it wrong.. you don’t need offense gear over dhide and snake skin.. tank pkers.. make them not wanna attack you by having magic prayer on the entire time.. get 500k and leave.. never stay longer then 10 minutes. I’ve got 34,700 kill count with less then 200 deaths. Be the least appealing target. And get out
With bulwark you can tank smaller groups for the entire 2.5 minutes and tele out right in there faces..bigger groups want a lot of kills not to fuck around trying to dds 285 slash defense ...learn what people bring and act accordingly

I've been using the 2k worlds for a couple days now and I haven't seen any big clans

why are revenants not around the whole wilderness
roaming revenants makes it harder to pk and farm them. jagex implemented them to increase pk'ing.
