Hi Spicy Pan, great video. I have a question, I have seen some people refer to some sausage as Chiang Mai sausage. Is that the same thing as northern sausage ?
Hey it's definitely the northern sausage, as it's not just CM who has it but like all over the nothern part of Thailand, but as CM is the biggest province of the north so most of the people knows that it is from there :)
Kop Khun Krop Pan. I want to try some, no matter what they call it. Did you read about the difference between Pot Stickers and Gyoza ? Come on foodie ! What kind of sauce do they serve with the Gyoza ?

vegan?
There are a lot of vegan food and restaurants in Thailand especially Bangkok and Chiang Mai all year round. However, most of the people are not (at least I don't know anyone in my entire life that from/live in Thailand and is vegan), but there are also a vegan festival once a year, 1-2 week long in October and many people in the country participate that (including my entire family) If you wanna visit Thailand during that time, you will enjoy the variety of vegan food everywhere, street food stall till the 5 star restaurants. Hope this can be helpful! And thank you for watching :)
Pan - how do you get your teeth so WHITE ??!!!
Peter Brooks
Oh I remember you from another video from hot thai kitchen. Ka-na is definitely chinese broccoli, not kale. Lol.
cHemon wow, good memory!!!
It's both ;)
Peter Brooks
No it's not the same, just similar.
And do you remember you said I wrong so you didn't have to thank me?
I hope in the future when someone offer you help or answer your question, you won't respond the same way you did to me.
cHemon I've polite and nice. We can disagree nicely can't we ?
Kale (kaNa) you eat with "Pad see ew"
Chinese broccoli you eat with yellow "bar-mee " noodles.
They're the same veg, just a different variety- like Granny Smith or Jazz apples
Peter Brooks
This means you still get it wrong. No one usr kale in pad see ew in Thailand. It's always chinese broccoli(kana). Also I have never seen anyone using kana in bae-mee, it's usually chinese cabbage ( bok choy).
You single ?
