Bro, I'm gonna tell you one important tip about listening,
When we listen to our native language we have the words of a speaker in our mind for little time, but, when it comes to English, we listen, we understand words, but, forget as soon as the speaker moves ahead. It's the problem with most of us. So try to listen to English in this way that focused on ways that we can even catch those words that our speaker has talked previously.

@@ShubhamKumar-qq7ee bhai first of all try to talk to your parent in english like (jesi b apko ati ha ulti seedi jo b ha) after that see the band 6 ielts speaking interviews on youtube so that u will get to know acutally how it looks like after that make your own story and start writing on that i will helps u to get more and more ideas that will help u in writing after that its reading try reading the passages and give 1 hour to one passage (remember 1 hour to 1 passage) to to solve all the questions after that give 3 hours to 3 different passages reduce time every day after 15 days u will see the difference u will be able to solve all the three passages within 50 minutes
