Just did my first refill for the pro-100 with your complete kit. It went perfectly and I'm printing again - I can't see any difference in the print quality. Fantastic stuff!
CL 42 carts for pro 100 resetting chip, place cart in setter, push down to the contact pins, a quick flash followed by another red light (as in video) Hold in position until the light goes off ... then it’s set. !
I'm getting ready to purchase a Pixima Pro 100 and researching ink cartridge refilling. Thanks for this video :) I'd like to have 2 sets of cartridges and expect the orighinal "42's" will come w/ the printer. Questions : a.) Can I purchase the CLI 8 for my second set ? b.) Does it come w/ a compatible chip ? c.) If not, how can I acquire 2 sets of cartridges w/ chips that work ? Thanks for your generous consideration, Sincerely .....................
Hi, I just ordered the Ultimate kit about a half hour ago. Can I replace the original ink cartridges as they each run out or do I have to replace all at the same time?
Silly question as my late husband used to do this, if I am not sure if a cartridge has been reset, is it safe to put it on the resetter if there is ink in it?
You know, I bought a refill package for my pro 100 and am looking at this resetter and MY resetter does no look like this AT ALL. The shut is very wide. It does not channel the cart down to the prongs the way this one does. Makes it awkward to be sure that the chip resets as it ought to.

Ahhh, never mind. There was a piece in the box that fits to the resetter. Problem solved
