In Neutral Not Do Much Difference than Pacifist And NO it not Affects Flowey Fight,Just If Phase 1 Do But I think Not Affect His Boss Battle

When the door opens, the golden chest gets thrown out to you immediately, and you can claim the same defence item inside, completely skipping the fight
On genocide there's no fight. They just throw the chest to you when the door opens and that's it. You can open the chest and claim the armor. Sorry you missed the cactus. This armor would make the final boss a lot easier
