Very good review. You covered all of my concerns particularly Mazda decision of putting the 2.5 Liter 4 cyl. in this bigger car. My wife and I have test driven a couple of the CX-9s and they are peppy with the Turbo and 300+ torque. Thank you for sharing.
Thinking about buying a 2021 CX-9 Touring. Would love to know how this vehicle has held up for you and your family after more than 2 years of ownership. Thanks in advance.
I have just bought a CX9GT & love the size ,finish , technology & performance great vehicle not cheap in Australia at almost $A69K on road but an all-round beautiful vehicle
How's the paint holding up on the CX9. I heard it chips very easily. I too saw some 2019 cx5s and saw alot of minute rock chips damage. I'm planning to pick up either a white or soul red CX9 and dunno if I should get the Paint Protection film done for this.
Glad you like the Skyline, I sure love that car! The CX-9 road noise is much quieter compared to our 2009 Acura MDX. You don't really hear any wind noise only thing you can hear is just a little bit of sound from the tires on the pavement. It's easy to speed in this car. The turbo always makes the car want to go faster than you think you are. I find myself going 15 miles over the speed limit and having to slow down quite frequently. This engine also makes less noise compared to the old 3.7 l in the MDX. Without measuring with any decibel tools, I would say the cabin seems to be about 25% less noise than the Acura. Hope that helps!
I am excited for your review, looking for a small family that takes alot of road trips. Nice for the back seat that is really the trunk space or a seat depending what u want
I would say the front to back and side to side is about the same. The biggest difference is the a-pillar slope on the cx9 is not as much, which gives you more forward head room. Makes the front seats feel loss confining compared to the Mazda 6.
@@Mrtellitlikeitis I would say about the same as out 2017 Mazda 6 that was totaled last month. It’s super quiet the glass is special forgot the name and smooth.

Thank you so much, glad to hear you enjoyed the video. The CX9 is such a great suv for the family and enjoyable to drive as well.
Bro! I just bought one picking it up tomorrow! Super excited! What part of Washington you from? I’m around Bremerton! Great review man!
Congrats on your sweet new ride. I live in Bonney Lake, near Puyallup! I love the turbo in the CX-9 smooth and powerful.

Much appreciated! Glad to hear that, thanks for watching.
Not going to lie this is a really good overview of the car! Great work brother
Thanks David, it was my first attempt at this. It was a fun attempt. To bad my forward facing GoPro was on hyperlapse. Rookie mistake on my part!

Thank you for the review. That Skyline is sweet. How is the road/wind noise on the highway compared to the MDX?

Thank you so much for such information, it is very helpful. I have only one question, how to connect your phone to the car for navigation to work.
Just plug the usb from phone into car. Google maps loads right up.
Good practical review. Worth the 30 minutes invested. Thanks.

In order to use Android auto or Apple car play, does it require an USB cable to connect or Bluetooth?
@@krishnapavan3935 yes I’m going to use my iPod that has over 16k songs a little of everybody
Enjoy it man, stay safe.
Thanks, we will definitely enjoy this one. Thanks for watching and commenting like usual 😊
Not sure about those wheels. Grey with the white. Looks drab?
Hi. How much more FRONT room is there on the 9 from the 6. Is it noticeable? Thx

@@JDMRightHandDrive Thx. The 6 to me feels confining. Im not a big dude. 6,2. 220
But the 6 feels coffin like almost
