I had ordered WUTA tools worth 127usd from their official website. I made the payment online and received an order confirmation. The order was done in the first week of January 2023 from dubai and I still haven't received my order. It's almost a month. I have sent 2 emails and they replied to the first one saying Chinese new year and the 2nd email was sent on the 2nd Feb and no reply till now... I have put this on all the youtube videos relating to WUTA just to get their attention.
