Basically This includes measuring.... work ethic, ....competency and.... personal intelligence.
The test also looks at how well the candidate can learn and adapt to new skills and changes within a work setting.
Roles that require this assessment to be taken include.... claim specialists, ....estimators..... and appraisers.

So There are three parts to the test -
1. numerical reasoning
2. verbal reasoning and ....
3. non-verbal reasoning.
So this Predictive Index (PI) Cognitive Assessment part is 12 minutes ....and is commonly regarded as very challenging, ....
Its bcs there are 50....( numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning)
questions that need to be answered in those 12 minutes.
