No he has moments where he actually uses kick and punches but it shown a lot that okarun just isn’t a textbook fighter. He learns really how exactly to fight over the course of the series, especially in the manga he does some crazy stuff ngl.

Well it's not that bad. His capabilities are directly affected by his own stamina, and in a way, using said abilities actually helps his body and work as excersize. He pushes himself too hard and he just gets all the same issues as if he was overdoing it in the gym. But more stamina he has - longer he can stand in his Turbo Granny mode. Loss of family jewels is admittedly a high price, though... but chances are, by the time he gets them back, he'll be pretty good on his own even without a power-up.
I would have liked the series if he didn't give up the power back to the old lady and kept it for himself. We're still had a version of it that he could keep

Major manga spoilers: Now that turbo granny left and got her powers back she might come back and give Ken the power back during a life or death situation with count German (or however his name is spelt) I also think that now that count German has the fantasy cards powers that includes the curse placed onto momo which made her small, and since she wants to be normal when Ken properly confesses, I think count German will be the final villain and will need to be defeated for momo to be normal and end up with Ken (just my production for the remainder of the manga)
I really hope okarun wakes his own power and stops using turbo granny, but still an power that transforms him in that beautiful version of his, an power even stronger than turbo granny's
