Rural means life in the countryside as compared to Urban life in the city. Rural doesn't have any meaning associated with poverty or being dependent on handouts.
Just in case... I was joking. The whole video is about giving food to the cows. Of course they get water. They are milking the cows. They depend on the cows for milk. They do not eat the cows.
The cows needs to be fed. She is used neglected and abuse. They are showing bones. This is one of the reasons why I hate watching videos like these because I hate seeing animals being neglected, people are ungrateful and appreciative of these livestock.
This isn't necessarily true. Grassfed and free-range cows are skinny compared to grain fed cows. That is the main reason they feed grain to cows in the Americas is to get them fat. They don't eat the cows there so that isn't part of the so-called abuse. It is illegal to kill a cow in India with a minimum 2 year prison for killing a cow. These people are dependent on these cows for milk. If these cows do not eat and drink water then they will not produce milk. I don't know what you are talking about. The whole video parts one and two were the women cutting food for the cows and bringing to the cows.
