I’m not saying I don’t like the game, I tried it and it just didn’t click with me but I want to respect it but I don’t know why I would. I think I’m just asking why this game is such a big deal and why it’s good enough to get a remaster? I mean I can get that the face of the game has a cool suit that can go invisible but I could just play Halo with chief and active camo.
I think it’s because of it’s sandbox-style open gameplay with special super-suit powers, I mean it’s nothing compared to Halo, but it’s stands out in it’s own way. I haven’t played them to the fullest yet but that’s what I’m assuming.
I think it was appealing for PC players because the graphics was the most extreme at that time of release. Also the setting is not far future.
