Maybe try 1080p, RT with anything higher requires much more performance than your GPU is capable of. Or even 720p for full immersion XD
favoring high framerate is not smart in this game. fidelity is the way to go as nearly 80% of this game player base won't surpass 50 FPS

Why are you using FSR with nvidia grafics card? shouldnt you be using dlss?
As far as I know DLSS is still not implemented
the game didn't release with DLSS, maybe a future update.
