1) Self-amusement - Do it because YOU think its funny - dont do it for others. 2) Dont take yourself too seriously - be more urself and show that ur confident by making fun of urself 3) Be in the moment - just do it and dont give a f about others

If ever I was nervous about saying something, I trained myself to just say it anyway. It's a good way to get out of your head... even if it's really not that funny. The first thing that comes into your head, is often the very best thing to say. Even if you start blocking yourself inside, it's good to try and say it anyway. Once you start accepting the things that your mind naturally creates, you start flowing more, you have more fun and you start to see that nothing bad happens when you do.

I've been "gathering" pickup knowledge for years, too afraid to start acting on it. I let go a week ago now and all I can say I'VE NEVER FELT BETTER. Anyone, saying to themselves "I will start when I know x, have this y or simply "tomorrow": get the fuck off your computer and approach the first cute girl you see. You will get fucking high on endorphins and get addicted
