For your dry skin...apply your fragrance free lotion (I use Cereve Cream that’s in the tubs. Soooo moisturizing!) to WET SKIN!!! Sounds insane, I know. But seriously, it’s a game changer! Learned it from my dermatologist!!! 🙃
A couple of things i find that help with dry skin are 1 tablespoon of coconut oil ingested daily and taking COQ10 tablets at recommended dose(not sure if they are safe in pregnancy) hope this helps! 💕

The ring issue could be eczema. It happens to me only in winter under my rings. I just take my rings off for about a week and it clears up.
