The Hario V60 Switch with Jacob

Hey Team, we've got a new product in, the Mario V60 Switch! Come with me as I take you through Kyu's favourite recipe using the switch
Perfect V60 Switch Brew Recipe ☕️
Ingredients:
18g of Mt. Atkinson Coffee
270ml water
94°C water temperature
Instructions:
0:00: Begin by blooming your coffee. Pour 40g of water over the grounds and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
00:30: Pour the remaining 230g of water steadily over the grounds.
00:45: Give it a good stir - 20 times to be precise.
1:40: Flip the switch to start the drawdown process.
3:00-3:10:
Your brewing should finish between 3:00 and 3:10. Enjoy your perfectly brewed cup of Mt Atkinson coffee!
