I think one of my most underrated mons is Regular Weezing. With access to Neutralizing Gas, it can absolutely body bag certain Megas, Such as Mega Mawile and Mega Kang, as well as other huge threats like Azumarril. Then in other Matchups if you need a Levitate user to wall something with Ground coverage, like say a Garchomp, it can be your guy there too. Additionally with access to Will O' Wisp it is a menace to Physical attackers.
I only used Staraptor once while playing draft, but it needed to check E-Killer Arceus and did so very well. Defensive Staraptor is actually really fun to play around with imo

Staraptor is clearly my favourite underrated mon. Especially when it can Final Gambit his check like Zapdos or Celesteela to open the game for your other mon.

I think my favourite lesser used mon would be sawk. It is not something i see drafted very often and when i have used it before it naturally high attack potential scarfer level speed and great coverage make it a pretty strong mid tier fighting type.

Weez is a great low tier defensive wall
I recently beat a mega medicham 1v1 with papaya berry neutralizing gas weezing while also laying a toxic spike.
