    No, he's not eating 4000/calorie meals 6 times a day. That's 24,000 calories a day. At absolute most, he eats 5000-6000 calories a day.

    Cmon!!! First no way 8 hours a day in the gym and second no way 4,000 calories a meal x 6 meals. Maybe cut everything in half. Still crazy. Kia is the best bodybuilder to not win an Olympia. Hope he competes in 2021

      8 hours a day actually isn't unbelievable. With the amount of test he is pushing you would be amazed at the energy level. I have been on 140mg of test a week for 6 months and im in the gym 2 hours a day 6 days a week. In 35 years I have never been to a gym. He's pushing probably 5 times the amount of test . Also that 8 hours is probably split into 3 sessions .

      Michael Phelps had a over 14k calorie diet training for the Olympics so doesn’t sound unreasonable.

      and he also does not consume 32.000 kcal a day lol.
      For the real numbers: probably 2,5 hrs in the gym (not sure if 1 hour cardio is included). and 6000-8000 kcal a day)

    It's completely true when I started weight training I had 6 meals a day 2 hours in the gym 4 days a week and I lost 1.5pnds a day

      6 hard boiled eggs and 1/4 cup of rice
      2 cooked chicken breast with full avocado
      6 hard-boiled eggs with table spoon of cottage cheese
      6 onz Leen beef with 1/4 cup of rice
      2 chicken breast with 1/4 cup of rice/ some kale
      It was insane no other food but that but I was body building and its crazy how fast I was building muscle and losing fat

    He trains 2-3 hour's 5 day's per week
    Day one: Chest & calves
    Day two: Shoulders and forearms
    Day three: Back
    Day four: Legs
    Day five: Arms

    He does NOT eat 4000calories per meal 8 times a day! 32000 caloties a day?
    Plus he deos NOT spend 8 hours a day in the gym,in order to grow as he did/does you need alot of rest,you train 4 days a week two times a day with weights and some bodybuilders do 2 says of active rest on top of that for example they do a little bit of cardio or something..they train so hard thst their nervoussystem needs those longer breaks between gym session in order to recoperate and grow The muscle otherwisw they over train and get deminishing results,overloading your central nervoussystem could be really bad for you..thats why most pros do a 4 session split of The bodyparts and does a double session on the days they actually train for example monday-tuesday on ,wednesday of,thursday-friday on saturday-sunday of or some do every other day on for example monday of,tuesday on,wednesday of,thursday on,friday of,saturday on in order to get those for days in a week..
    I personally like to do only one or two rest days, monday,tuesday,wednesdsy on thursday of friday,saturday on and sunda of but I only do one training session per day instead of two like The pro does and I cant overload my nervous system like they do because incant lift as heavy or intense so I dont need that long of a rest period between every session,I train every muscle group atleadt twice a week and before i did The classic bodybuilder 4 split but only trained every muscle group once a week and since i switched to two times a week my body started to grow and my metabolism went up so ive burnt much more fat since i switched then I did before,because my muscles doesnt need a whole weeks of from training,before I got sore muscles after every training session now I dont,sure im fatigued and The muscles are sore and pumped just after The gym session but The next day i dont have any training soreness but if i take a week of and then hit The gym im hurting in every muscle i trained..that got me to realise that I prior was hurting my gains by letting my muscle rest for a whole week every week,it was just stupid..just as stupid as not letting them rest at all and literally train 8 hours every day like this guy claim kai did..

    I appreciate PDB but this show is super biased at times it’s kinda comical 😂 it’s like, “okay let’s get someone who’s Anti-“this” and get them to say all the things we wana hear in agreement with our sentiments”
    Barely any diverse or interesting ideas besides Pat who’s always driving the conversation in a relevant direction

    This is so much misinformation about Kai Greene. He does not workout for 8 hours or eat 4,000 calories per meal 6 times a day. Kai Greene workout for about an hour or two (lifting weights) and does another or or two of cardio and that’s ONLY when he’s preparing for a show. When he’s not preparing to compete for a bodybuilding show, he does only 20 minutes of cardio.
    He possibly ate 4,000 during that one meal of him eating 3 sandwiches but I bet you all his other meals were smaller and less dense. I would be very surprised if Kai ever surpassed 10,000 calories a day. He most likely eats around 6,000 daily if anything.

    When I taught 17 classes a week at the gym, I would eat my meals in food groups. Mornings, as much protien as I wanted (brain power for school. CARBS....lunch as much as I wanted ....FRUIT....as much as u wanted....veggies......

    I'm extremely surprised that you have had some of the top tear bodybuilders on your show, but you don't know who Kai Green is.. He almost won the Olympia a couple of times. That being said do not have him on your show, He is a horrible interview. You know... You know... You know.... every 5 seconds.
