Dude I was tracking all the TORs and then strong-intense ones began popping out and it really went way too far. So many tornadoes from a tropical storm. Hope everyone was okay.

11:10. That was the warning that was issued as I was driving home from Leesville (where I worked at the time) to my house in Converse (where I lived at the time) man that scared me. I haven’t watched past this point but there was one for the converse area and one for the Pleasent hill area which I lived in between the two. It was def terrifying. I was listening to KRMD when I get to Shreveport and heard the one for Converse. I mostly watched TV after that but from what I can tell everybody did a pretty good job relaying (that is ofc excluding Alpha) because screw alpha. As a guy who works in radio if you don’t have anybody monitoring your EAS systems like me and our afternoon guy here do then you would have no idea I guess. Must be some braindead morons that work up there

Jeez 430+ alerts? That’s extremely pure insanity right there. I bet Beryl drove you nuts these minutes within minutes of sending out nonstop TOR’s, TOR-C’s & worst of all PDS TOR’s. Glad you were safe from that Beryl’s Extreme Rampage across the ArkLaTex Region.

Yes it did. I hope to never experience this again but this is Louisiana after all so you never know.
