Oh wow, that felt like 5 minutes instead of 10. You give such clear answers and draw so quick, and I feel like I could absorb the information without trouble.
If you ever have a question about light on an object like in the second part, try actually playing with REAL light. Set something up to understand whats happening. You can totally set up a test situation like med is talking about with like….a candle or a flashlight. Just a thought!
Bro, I literally went on your channel yesterday telling myself '' he hasn't uploaded in a while that unfortunate... I kinda miss his videos '' and you upload today that's crazy.
wow, seems to be difficult It would be great if it is possible to repeat.. I really like your art videos, its pleasure to me to watch it and repeat, thank you for sharing
The problem usually with the last thing is like the BOUNCE LIGHT which we newbies always tend to make TOO bright for some reason?? no idea which color to pick
5:14 thats the moment i'm having a mental diarrhea beucause i'm thinking about what i have to study and also thing "i also need design" and my mind just gotta go to bathroom o_o
So do you touch on, in detail, the specifics of how light and light color reacts to, and changes with certain surfaces? Warmness/coolness of light and shadows? I'd like to understand it well enough to not always refer to refs. Once you understand the "rules", you can break them and create really interesting lighting. The closest I've come is Color and Light by Gurney, which I unfortunately misplaced.
Hi Ahmed! Hi everyone! I want to buy a graphic tablet, in my country we have xp pen and Wacom available, I am hesitant to choose between xp-pen deco 01 v2 and a Wacom intuos s what do you think I should get? Wich one is the best knowing that they're both the same price. I am waiting to hear back from you and I thank you in advance!
I personally have an XP Pen tablet. It works really well and perfect for my digital art needs. However, I don't do digital all the time. However, my old 2012 wacom bamboo tablet still works so well, and I end up using that just as much. I personally have an affinity to Wacom as they are steady and seem to last very long.
I would cautiously recommend the intuos, since I had the pro for a while and used it for years without much problem until I switched to procreate. I haven’t tried the xp pen though, so maybe take this as less of a recommendation and more as a general comment.

Really really appreciate these vids!! The insight! I agree the erasing based on how the intensity of candle light diminishes is such a good tip!! ✨
