I found Jega in a Salvation Army thrift store back in 2001, one year late. This album's environment and progression has stuck with me till this day. Just as relevant now as it was then. A more perfect album amongst perfect albums.

Even in 2019 this music still sounds unique and alien. Almost like something a malevolent machine mind would dream of. Endlessly calculating and subdividing beats.

I was lucky to see Jega perform in Miami back in 2001, it was a small venue but he put on an awesome set with this music from Geometry. Very cool dude, I actually met him afterwards and we chatted about different topics - his music, architecture, technology of those times.

delta0921 That would have been awesome! Dude is super talented. Been a fan since I first heard spectrum back in the early 2000s.

Dylan Nathan, Tom Jenkinson, and Richard D. James all went to the same architecture school. Where the water was spiked with fucking awesome.

This sounds like another dimension! He has a mix of Aphex in him. Sadly he isn't popular... This dude is VERY underrated!

Genius: I never understand how he composed Alternating Bit - overlaying Tron's Main Theme with his beats. Wendy Carlos used a funky time signature(s) to begin with. This is quite an accomplishment - a successful mashup before they became popular.
