honestly, this looks pretty good, wasn't expecting this to be too crazy and wasn't expecting this to become the best thing to happen to GPO. It pretty much did it's job, being gear second.

Also, from what we see, gear second has everything needed to be GEAR SECOND, people really have high standards for this just because it's gomu even though it's only gear second. The mode bar is a great idea for transformations but I dont think it should work like the ult bar instead it should start off fully charged and once the bar runs out it starts to recharge again, kinda like the logia bar you can train your mode bar to last longer and regen faster. Gomu is a really creative fruit with tons of moves i think some sort of progression for devil fruits and fighting styles could be added that would give you moves and other rewards just for simply using the fruit/fighting style this could make move sets more diverse and creative and make combat feel more lively. Also logia forms would be great for logias kinda like how kuzan gets covered in ice the more he uses his abilities. A progression system could also be a great way to get certain transformations like the gear 4th variations

Bazooka is a 50/50, your either nearby and get a combo off it or you get cucked by the knockback and can't dash in time for a combo extender/guardbreak. Pistol is worthless, alongside Balloon. Rocket is okay as a traversal option. Rifle is a pretty bad ult in comparison to most. ( Bari is worser in terms of everything. But at least it has a niche.)

My only request is that you make jet stomp go a little higher up just so its more visually appealing, and depending how high, add a tiny bit stun to cover the extra split second you spend falling down
I'm glad to see that phoeating is starting to respond to his communitys suggestions. The game started dying because pho chose milking his community of their money rather than listening and reviving the game. This fruit looks cool, clean and balanced. Altho I doubt the game will ever be as popular he's starting to go in the right path for the games future
Honestly everything looks great ! 2 things, wish we could've seen the maxed out damage and also with Buso Haki, and I really hope before update you could give Red Hawk a dash similar to Rifle considering this is how Luffy always did it ( Red Hawk derives from Gomu Gomu no Bullet after all )

All the fighting styles except for mink are all able to do well. Dragon claw lets u use the style alone but it costs u points. Ppl who use soru and blackleg can save much more points do damage and have more freedom in their builds
If the haki color for elephant gun is different depending on which v2 color you got then this would need to apply with mochi cause its a mythic and it would make sense

I don’t know if it’s intended but I really like how in rage mode you don’t use any stamina from using moves. I think that’s a fair trade off for the rage bar
dawg what 😭 making moves in rage not use stamina would be unbalanced as hell lol, you get to spam moves while your opponent has to manage their stamina. it WOULDN'T be a fair trade off for the rage bar, as you actually need stamina to use most of the stuff in a fight, while rage bar doesn't remove anything from your character, meaning that you don't really lose anything for using rage mode, unlike stamina. Pho just removes the stamina drain to make showcasing the moves easier.
I feel like pistol should auto track, gum gum pistol is such an inconsistent move because of how often it misses. Making it auto track would greatly increase the fruits combat value, still keep the move low damage and quick cool down…but it should auto track like ABA pts luffy for example 😅🤷🏽♂️ just a suggestion

W gear 2 but i got a few suggestions, try to make the arms more visible on the jet gatling, and for jet whip try to make it so it actually extends the leg depending on height for example
Seeing this makes me think how g4 will be, will gonu get 2 transformations or will there be a way to "awaken" dfs or something like v2 where the moves are different and all moves change to be fitting for luffy's moveset post time skip and instead of g2 it being g4

Luffy was able to some sort of bypass tekkai(correct me if im wrong). It wouldve been awesome, if gear 2 will do more damage or completely ignore tekkai with some of the moves(the ult probably alr does).

Bruh rework base gomu moves bc if we need dmg with regular gomu before we can go into gear 2 that's going to be pretty hard with its current moveset. Give it more damaging moves
looks amazing, though im a slight bit dissapointed considdering how long it took for gear 2 to be added, the only really good looking thing here is elephant gun, looks and feels fine but just wish they added a bit more pop made it look cooler yknow

I don’t know if it’s intended but I really like how in rage mode you don’t use any stamina from using moves. I think that’s a fair trade off for the rage bar

making moves in rage not use stamina would be unbalanced as hell lol, you get to spam moves while your opponent has to manage their stamina.
it WOULDN'T be a fair trade off for the rage bar, as you actually need stamina to use most of the stuff in a fight, while rage bar doesn't remove anything from your character, meaning that you don't really lose anything for using rage mode, unlike stamina. Pho just removes the stamina drain to make showcasing the moves easier.

I feel like pistol should auto track, gum gum pistol is such an inconsistent move because of how often it misses. Making it auto track would greatly increase the fruits combat value, still keep the move low damage and quick cool down…but it should auto track like ABA pts luffy for example 😅🤷🏽♂️ just a suggestion

W gear 2 but i got a few suggestions, try to make the arms more visible on the jet gatling, and for jet whip try to make it so it actually extends the leg depending on height for example

People really underestimate this fruit having a built in soru… going strength main as dragon claw and getting a built in soru is a gamechanger

Luffy was able to some sort of bypass tekkai(correct me if im wrong). It wouldve been awesome, if gear 2 will do more damage or completely ignore tekkai with some of the moves(the ult probably alr does).
it wasnt really bypassing it and more just breaking it, blueno's tekkai was pretty weak compared to the others even almost breaking to sanji's kick.
