That's why animals shouldn't be forced to do a human's job. The dog had no say and no choice. Shame in the law enforcement for putting animals in danger like that!! And I bet the pigs didn't even buy him a vest!!!
Chill Dude. The K-9 had a vest. Unluckily he was hit in a spot the vest did not cover.
These dogs live great, fulfilling lives. Proper dog stuff. If only we could all have such useful years, instead of kicking around, forever seeking ease and comfort against the backdrop of this ghastly fallen world.

Morally wrong to use pets as meat shields.
They're not pets, they're working dogs, and they're not used as shields. Dogs can do things humans can't like chase suspects through woods, etc. Police k9 handlers love their dogs and never put them in harms way when it's not absolutely necessary to protect the public.

@@bonchidude That's not true at all. None of my pets have ever been working animals in any way. Pets can also work, but there is absolutely a difference. Mules used for plowing fields in lieu of a tractor, for instance, are not pets.

Marijuana is classified as a Schedule 1, so why would I support people using pets and wildlife to help facilitate the use of narcotics and the distribution of narcotics.
