I have a theory it might sound a little dumb
Basically a person sits down on air and a rat ( I think? ) is doing repeated bottom slams on the ground as a warning that something is coming for them
The person gets caught by something ( UwU glitch from doors ) The rat like creature did the repeated bottom slams like if a rat trap was causing all this
The rubber or plastic gets choked, and there seems to be a plush opposum screaming at the camera
The nightmare like situation could be hallucinating
Maybe the rat knows everything about what was happening, or there was danger so the attic became a little haunted
