Many thanks!! Much appreciated as always! ❣🤘👍 I suggest, Victor Entertainment should hire you to provide English subtitles for RUclips videos and interviews!! ❣
Agreed: her professional approach at such a young age is exemplary. Combine that with her obvious talent, and I think we're looking at a legendary bassist in the making.
Very interesting! I'm wondering if and in how far Fami could change the bass lines which Miyako had already composed. I'm also curious in how far she will be involved in the songwriting process in the future and in how far this will influence the sound of Lovebites and maybe also broaden their musical horizon.
Very interesting profile of Fami. Love the origin of her nickname Fami from Family Mart. That can be great advert for the company since it is her favorite. Dad has awesome taste in music. I already love Fami. She's set herself up to improve every day. She is on a hero's journey.
Thanks very much for this. Figured somebody laid down some scratch bass tracks and the rest was fully baked. I like how she thinks of her bass parts. Wonder if she will do backing vocals on stuff.
yes she can and on her channel she talks about buying one and first playing a good bass then she made the mistake of playing a high end bass and of course she noticed the difference so she had to spend the extra money for the better bass
Thank you! Great job on this one! Nice to hear from Fami! So... what is her real name? 🤔 ( It's funny, because I sometimes call her Fami-chiki, and now I find out her name comes from the FamilyMart konbini! ) 😆
@@TheCyberMantis There's no "short a" sound in Japanese, though. Japanese folk, in my experience, refer to Family Mart as "Fah-mee-mah." If they were to say the actual (English) name, it would sound like "Fahmiree Mah-to."
@@DavidKAnderson Words like family mart are katakana, not actual english words. Japanese people don't pronounce it as English, but use it as a loanword Katakata. It's the same as foreigners using karate and tsunami in English. Foreigners confuse katakana Japanese and English. The english pronunciation of Japanese people who often make fun of it is mostly in katakana Japanese. In that case, the Japanese people is not trying to speak English. It's loanword Japanese, so their pronunciation is not wrong. Just like the foreigner pronunciation of karate is wrong in Japanese, but not wrong in English loanword.
Except that English "short a" sound doesn't exist in Japanese. I'd be very surprised if she didn't pronounce it "fah-mee." Family Mart is called "Fah-mee-mah" by most Japanese I know. ;)
So two Lovebites members that hide their real names, Asami’s maiden name and current married last name. And Fami going my a nickname used to keep her Anonymous while she was on social media.
In Japan, it has been a tradition for entertainers and geishas to have stage names since the Middle Ages. It gives meaning when creating a new self or making a new start.
Lovibites has always been considered being a group of very small females, tallest being Miyako with 5"2. Which is cute, of course, in particular when they are so heavy. Fami is much taller. Just saying :)
I made this from my community post. I tought this one is easier to understand.
Thank you so much!! This was awesome.
Thankyou. You may not get a massive number of views, but those who do watch it are very appreciative of your efforts.

wolfpacks said thank you very much.

Of course Miyako can play the bass, too
yes she can and on her channel she talks about buying one and first playing a good bass then she made the mistake of playing a high end bass and of course she noticed the difference so she had to spend the extra money for the better bass
I bet she could play a violin or any instrument

So, you've got to pronounce her "Fa" like family. 🤘🐺🤘
@@gatograto Yeah, basically the opposite of what everyone has been saying for weeks now.

@@DavidKAnderson Well, being a Japanese man my self and multilingual, I would say it's just like any other language except English.

So FAMI did re-record the bass tracks with her own arrangements on the new album.
Why does the youngest member of LOVEBITES have the most grey hair? 😛
So two Lovebites members that hide their real names, Asami’s maiden name and current married last name. And Fami going my a nickname used to keep her Anonymous while she was on social media.
And that's fine.

BTW - just for the record. Angus Young is 5"2 and Malcolm Young was 5"3. Sometimes power comes in small packages!
