Because it is statistically difficult to find balanced and unbiased crowds, what you get is partisans who cheer/jeer not because that is their spontaneous sincere reaction...but because they want to influence both the candidates and those watching the debates. It is sneaky and manipulative. Those making noise should be immediately evicted by security. The higher your income, the more of a % of your income you can and ought to pay. If your effective tax rate is 50% and you made 1 million $$ in a year, you still have $500k! But if you made $50k in one year at the same 50% tax rate you only have $25k left over.
