Wow… first Acura is Honda too and second the higher models for Honda go faster. Mine which is the 2020 Si sedan goes faster and the type R is way faster. 240 kph is 150mph

The check engine light is for a sensor that is giving a signal it is not supposed to or none at all. usually it's not something to do with the integrity of the engine and it's often something not worth fixing like a clogged evap canister.

this engine runs up to 7k rpm with comfort and it has automatic transmission on it, if it was manual, it would go up to 8k easily with no issue
No it wouldn't. The limiter cuts in at 7200. This is a long-stroke engine (bore 87 mm, stroke 99 mm), which results a critical piston speed above 7000 revs.
what about an ecu reflash or piggy back ecu like ktuner or hondata to override the limiter?

The voice of engine is simular to CM6, the 7th generation Honda Accord's Chinese version is CM series, CM4 means 2.0 i-VTEC, CM5 means 2.4 i-VTEC and CM6 is 3.0 V6 VTEC, so the voice is simular to V6 Honda Accord in China

a Honda 4-cylinder going from 0 to 120 mph in one mile aint bad at all. yes you do need your high beams on at that speed. any car that will do 140 mph or better works for me.

If you raised the engine RPM to 9000 you would hit 100 in first gear, now that would create some serious 0-100 times when upgraded
Actually, if you stop the video at 00:09 when he gets 70km/h you can see that the RPM is about 7000, which means that the first gear is escalated to 100RPM per km/h. So if the engine run at 9000RPM he could get about 90km/h
