Well, let me ask you - Why should others pay for someone to provide services to invest in thier health when the patients themselves do not take advantage of it? You can provide them with anything over the moon - access to healthy food at much lowered prices, getting them appointments and travel accommodations to said appointments, etc, but it is up to the patient/ guardian to have the RESPONSIBILITY to follow through. There has to come to a point when you look at the patient and say "Its your own fault."
