This show is so perfect that people dont have the ability to understand it. Even I still can't. Not completely. Thats why its so underated. People dislike things that are "too deep" or "complicated". And the reason this might be is explained in the main Ligthman's killer phrase: "because truth hurts." Better a subtle lie that can make you feel good. Than a complex, deep and painful truth.
I agree I think this show is deeper than it seems. For me, it was amazing and awesome, and the acting was sometimes so subtle, but it meant a lot. I still can't believe they canceled it, and they are continuing many stupid shows...
I absolutely love this! I lost track of this show with the strange reshuffling they did with it the schedule last season, and this made me want to get the DVDs and get caught up!! Such beautiful, professional-grade editing, and you showed their chemistry so well. Their interactions are what made me love this show in the first place. Fabulous work as always.
