"Make your life into an expression of your heart." That was John Robbin's response to "How can we support your work?".... He is such a giving soul. It was such a treat to have you interview this wonderful man, Chef AJ. It was made extra special since you are the one who interviewed him...that we all had the gift of the two of you who have made and are continuing to make such a positive difference in the lives of so many. Thank you from the bottom of my very grateful heart.

I like what he says about the lack of "purity" that some in this (plant based) movement deride. Everyone is on their own journey, and whilst WFPB is the destination, not everyone can cope with absolute adherence and become disillusioned with the criticism they receive if they stray from the path of "purity". Well said John Robbins for addressing this in a balanced, sensible way.
Also, being from and living in England, where firearms are not common and legal to own (except in certain, highly controlled circumstances) it's hard to understand why the authorities in the US cannot legislate similarly. Far too many lives are lost unnecessarily over on your side of the pond.

I dont believe in war and weapons. According to my experience to solve any conflict you have to become part of a transFormation where love opens the hearts. Everything depends on this transformation of the heartmind. Its a total illution that we are separate but to transform hate we must invite the revolutionary practice of listening to the shared heart - hate and anger cannot be killed but it can be transformed - every a t of empathy and love is an act of transformation and opening into the field of love - listen as deeply as you can andpractice to devote yourself from your heart love & light & joy of life 🎵💗🎶

Watching recording and getting angry at this old "baby step" arguement. The Titanic is half way down, amazon is on fire, environmental apocalypse began long ago, waters are rising and what, only a few of us should grab the bucket to bail out the ship when others refuse to help? Sorry. We should be offended, outraged and nauseous. Tolerating such self centerdness is not an option. It's disgusting and we can be as angry as anyone should be if their home was being destroyed because it IS. I just protested a kids fishing derby and there it was, the start of gutting empathy!

is he a vegan? i thought he was pescatarian? veganism is an ethical position. if you are a health food vegan then of course eating a bit if fish might still be healthy. but being tolerant is all well but i guess at the end of the day the animals are caught in the cross hairs of your so called toleration. but if he's not an ethical vegan he probably shouldn't be giving sermons on how vegans should be for him to be comfortable.
