So they require someone who can reach 212cm. Secondly, in international especially in Dubai, or other middle eastern countries, the minimum height of everyone is 160cm which is more as compared to our India. So they take candidate according to thier countries' people requirement.
First you have to clear the interview of any airline and If you gets selected then you will go on training given by that particular airline. And for appearing for any interview you don't need to join any institute if you think that you are capable enough to Crack the interview then just go ahead.
