i will never forgive the people that judged her for her appearance. people say she had a glow up but literally all she did was lose her baby fat and stopped having bangs. thats literally it - she was always beautiful from the very beginning, and haters refused to see it.

@@corgisareqts3866 she did not lol if soemone did nose job his/her nose will look so stiff. Umji's nose is natural her chin got pointy after lossing baby fats. Till now i can still see that when she is gaining weight her jaw will be chubby. Look at her now there are some angles that her jaw is a little chubby just like the same.
It's just my opinion in gfriend early days umji more of a cutie than beauty and that's actually suit their concept at the time and after she lost she lost her weight she looks more matured

Nose bridge doesn’t really change much and she’s not that fat to begin with to lose a lot of fat in the chin area. No matter what it is the results are amazing,

@@spacnguyen5803 I think in my opinion, visual is someone who stands out the most and more or less the same as beauty. I really adore Umji a lot ever since her first debut. So, I would define visual = beauty. Different people have different perspectives anyways but I hope you get my point there. 😊 I am not saying other members were not beautiful, they all visuals in my eyes but there reason why I said Umji should be a visual because she went through a lot from hatred and she deserves to be shine too like others. Also, if you read one of the articles in Koreaboo, netizens approved Umji is one of the strongest visual in GFRIEND members.

Actually, she was never fat. Her bone structure is wider. She has an inverse triangle shape that's it.
Her face looked bloat due to her baby fat. Her face is naturally round (which is so cute) plus baby fat equals a false appearance of 'fat' plus she was pubescent. Puberty finished, adulthood took over and voila! We end up with this beautiful, confident, strong young woman to delight our eyes and bless our ears.

She was so busy with her hectic schedule and had no time for ps...she was naturally beautiful since she debuted...she even stated that she lost her baby fat...is it weird when people lose and she becomes prettier? Do u have prob with that? I've lost 50kg so far and i showed my picture when i was 136kg to my lecturer...she even said that i turned out to be a new person...for umji, even she just lost 8-9 kg, it seems like she lost more than that is because she lost her FAT AND GAIN MUSCLES from all those workouts she did...even buddies saw her change from time to time, it is not drastic at all...if she wanted to do ps, she will do since mgt era...but she didn't...she changed step by step since love whisper and of course make up plays its role
