    once retired, rather than receiving rental income, would it make more sense to 1: sell when there is no other income to pay the least amount of CGT and 2: Invest in blue chip shares that pays 4-5% dividends and more flexible, more liquid and no maintenance? I have 3 IP making $1550 per week, already positively geared.

    如果買家是位退休人士亦沒有任何被動收入,只有現金資產(假設為想購買那房屋的兩倍),那麼銀行會作貸款考慮嗎?
