At first, I liked the song for its great combination of notes and rhythms and I played along with my violin and kept stopping in the middle since I could not play that section but then I kept going and when I heard the rest of the song I was amazed at the different variations of the beginning part. Truly one of my favorite songs of Vivaldi and best composers. :)
I’m tryna learn this right now and the middle section is super difficult for me, and getting a few of the notes in tune is difficult as well. But it’s coming along quite nicely I think!
I would even go as far as suggesting this as a possible model for Bach' s A minor violin concerto - they share some similarities like the measure, upbeat ritornello theme, as well as some minor figures in the solo violin, and also some harmonic progressions (the "subdominant" progression a la Handel' s Passacaglia which is common in Vivaldi' s works but less so in Bach' s). Anyway, even if so, Bach' s work has deviated a lot from this possible model
Avocado Dog in tonal music, even 4 are not really an issue on an equal temperament. I would technically not think a B-flat minor piece in a drastically different way than I would think an A minor piece
For everyone who complains that this isn't complete, this is the first movement, in "allegro" sonata form...
i thought it was rittornello form, thanks for the insight.

I believe Vivaldi original background in the orchestra was simpler, and this looks like Bach, but is very beautiful. As always
beginning looks like Suzuki book 3 but towards the end it feels like suzuki book 7 with the crazy trills everywhere
That's how they get you, first they start off easy, and then they end up really hard once you're invested.
It is not easy for a beginer, i think that's perfect for practice
I'm playing this one on my lessons I can't feel my hands or fingers

this piece sounds a lot like Bach
Mariana Obando; Vivaldi was a huge influence on Bach. Antonio could compose like this if he wished. He was a great composer.
wow yes he was

So many flats... do you think 2 is a lot? I do
It's not much at all. I know some modern pieces with 5 or 6 flats. It's hell
