Quick thinking from Towa to have Aqua stay up there; secured them the win no matter what happened below.
Towa is a great shotcaller. Shes just indecisive sometimes because before she had Selly or CPT or Mondo to filter her ideas or reassure her if its a worthy idea to do. But with this team both her and Aqua are a bit indecisive and end up having chaos mixed comms but as in this round Towa put her foot down and made her clear even when Aqua pushed super hard she "corrected" the Mad Dog properly
Trauma from the first scrim. They could've gotten a champion also if Aqua stayed above and just outlived the ring using her skill

@@cassie.d7978 she had her skills on cooldown, she used it because she broke her shield and the chaos caused her to instinctively use her skill since under normal circumstances the team below wouldve 3rd partied them at that point. If they did back then what they did now, except suisei have to be the one staying up as shes the only one with enough time to use meds, they wouldve won.
@@rezmak1807 I didn't notice the skill was on cooldown but my point still stands where one of them should've stayed above and tried their best to survive the ring and they did just that in this scrim.
Nontheless, they're a team that gets more points from KP rather than placement anyways.

Everyone watching this is like "they're so good" "this is easy win". They don't know the suffering Towa has to go through just to keep the Mad Dog on leash.
Towa did a lot of good calls there, Suichan was able to fight well and match the two, and Aqua being the Mad Dog that she is. I legit shouted *YES* and went wild along with over 60k people in chat lol

That call for aqua to comeback after killing mondo was good but honestly a bit late. Aqua couldve died there if akina’s team peeked over the wall. Aqua also need to communicate to others what she plans to do.

Startend is a really solid team even without a Coach, Towa as a tank/leader of the team, Suisei as the support and Aqua as the hard carry
watching this live was so insane, if StartEnd can be consistent and play like this every game bro idk anymore
Honestly they basically did every game which was really cool to watch how they made very clear adjustments. It's just that a couple of the matches were pretty unlucky. But besides the first round they were very consistent in *how* they played.
Their Teamwork suddenly went Multiplied since the days they're playing.
Aqua is now not rampaging, well, wasn't rampaging always but now really listens to Towa this time.
Towa and Suisei is improving along with Aqua.
They're just on the roll today. I just ask how did they improve in just days interval.
They played much more of a zone rotation than previous days. They would find a spot, play defense, and then rotate as necessary. They wouldn't charge into a fight unless it was a high chance of winning and getting a good position. That plus they clearly agreed to have Towa be a shot caller specifically to Aqua. In fact if you watch the vod, sometimes Towa told Aqua to let her and Suisei get good positioning ahead first.
Just like in any sport, small adjustments make a world of a difference.
10 kills and 2k dmg?!?! Sheesh aqua really become killing machine in this round.

I think they can get more kills, if finish some guys. I mean, i thought Aqua kills Astel's team, but in Astel POV i see that Noah get these kills. Kotone dies separetely, but we see that Aqua literally finish Astel with last shot and hurt Mondo, who died in zone. I really don't understand why these 2 kills weren't considered as Aqua's kills. Maybe Noah POV give answers...

Their comms are so freaking good for a team that just formed, their teamwork improved massively, Suisei improving at a comet's pace, Aqua being an absolute monster as always and Towa sama putting her comp experience to good use and being super consistent especially with her callouts, that last call was amazing and guaranteed them the win.

That's some really good shotcalling by Towa there. She really kept Aqua from getting too aggressive and going for a suicide push. Nice team play overall.
Honestly what an amazing play by them, Aqua used her bloodlust masterfully, Towa with the quick thinking and the leash, and SuiSui with the cover honestly they're good

Match 5-6-7 really satisfying 😂 people though Aqua team was get the highest Point from Kill & deal really high damage, and then all of them surprise at next match, thats Pakael team more crazy with 22 Kill total, and Pakael alone with 16 Kill 😂, and emotional winning for Astel Team

Yeah their team killed pretty much half the lobby that round. Insane. IIRC that was the round where Aqua got StartEnd a cheeky second place finish as well by quietly staying behind the one team too in their shield bubble at the very end lol.

Suisei will get too busy with her music career from now on and only joined because this tourney was special for Aqua. Even if they both want to play, Suisei's points will probably get increased after this tourney.

That 4:32 call by Towa is really freaking good I love that call not let aqua go down because of the ring that was a pretty freaking good call, I love how all of them are so calm in making decisions.
at this moment i think the best strat is just to watched aqua back so that she doesnt get beamed by another team, big call by towa showing she always have the capacity to be an IGL, and props to suisei for just keeping up with the pace of aqua and towa without dying and beaming people heads . i never knew that vsaikyo can be this fun cant wait for the final day.

Perfect round from them Aqua while still being overly aggressive didnt get punished. Suisei supported Towa perfectly and Towa controlled the mad dog really well. They also got a good position which is their biggest problem
Berzerk mode Aqua is insane but, the last command from Towa is must be highly praise 👍.

Aqua is a solo player learning to trust others & to pull back for the team. That is a huge deal. Towa is superb w the calls. And much respect to the supposed ‘handicap’ of suciopath. As a team they r really coming together. Some of their pro opponents I’m guessing will b happy to take them down a few pegs. I’d use Aquas rep as the ‘mad dog’ as the core strategy to build tactics around. Not sure they have the time r training to execute such a plan. Just hope they keep having fun.

Towa good captain and good decision maker.
They didnt go down as bait... They talked at the start of the game that if they wanted to be first in overall ranking for the day they needed kills so they jumped for kill points and left aqua for champion secure (Because the points would be lost to ring otherwise)

If people wonder why Towa made the call to jump down with Suisei they had the same situation 2 days ago? But they lost that round because all 3 of them tried to go and fight urucas team. Now they jumped down denying the team from below to "fly" up and hit their hp so they would die first from the ring.
with aqua at top with the wraith skill，she can survive at last ring for a long time，suisei and towa go down to damage their health so that if come to last ring startend have advantage on health and do damage to enermy can ensure the killpoint is for them，not the 3rd team
the round that same situation， the better command maybe aqua save skill and towa suisei go down damage，the risk is more small compare to 3 people go down
Its basically because of wraith’s portal and phase skill. U can use the portal to make a extra long phase by going back and forth. So u can constantly exit and reenter the portal to avoid ring dmg as much as possible. Watch imperialhal’s wraith to see a great example of this tech in play.

Suisei came in worth 3pts, but she's showing she's easily a 5pt player in such a short time. Truly a diamond in the rough, Sui-chan!
Teams in Vsaiko can only have 18pts in total. Each player has a fixed value based on their rank.
Master - 10pts
Diamond - 5pts
Platinum - 4pts (not sure)
Gold - 3pts
So Aqua (10pts), Towa (5pts),and Suisei (3pts) = 18pts
I believe Masters are actually 9 points, but Shibuya Hal gave Aqua 10 points as a special cause he was very impressed with her Solo Master challenge and thought she played more like a Predator (which I think has turned out to be quite justified).

That was incredibly exciting. So happy for STARTEND. Really smart call by Towa and good follow through by Aqua and Suisei.
It's crazy to think that during this scrim, 1 person on 3 teams each landed really badly and not in the position intended. Kuzuha, Kotone and EXALBIO. And then what Mondo says is true. If they had fought em and won they would be the champions. Absolutely crazy how every little thing can change the outcome.
Kuzuha’s team was simply outplayed. Kuzuha always does that, splitting from his team. It can be rewarding against teams that always stick together, as long as he goes unnoticed. Aqua did the same in day 3 and racked up a number of kills. Ive been watching his stream and what he does is being the team spotter and flanker. He and aqua are doing the same thing. Albio simply miscalculated due to pressure, same thing happened to aqua’s team on the previous scrims, and that round this scrim when astel won, i dont remember but i think towa also didnt land properly when aqua asked them to land near the lava below the bridge. Noah’s team wouldve died anyway since aquas team was ready, they died in less than 10 seconds. Landing on a spot without cover and has an enemy team’s attention is a death sentence.

It's rare but these are my favorite kind of games. Where everyone picks a hot spot and the circle never moves so you're just fighting endlessly. So many split second decisions from all the girls to win every engagement they faced.

Towa 5head calls from saying they just stick to team play, incoming valk team priority and making Aqua stay on top betting on wraiths tactical skill if they fail.
Suisei is also very vocal, asking for directions and Aqua last not but the least for playing around the team and having to temper her aggression.

~Towa is seasoned veteran of APEX tournament..its a good choice to let Towa be IGL..there no doubt Aqua is top tier fragger..both can make a good team to get champion..Suisei can learn from this and enter her own team in the future (it will impossible for them to team again as i think their entry points will goes up )
Suisei already said it's also her first & last tournament, same as Aqua
(btw Hal already said he wants to increase the max team points for next time, since everyone is getting so good, of I remembercorrect)
