- Honestly, first time doing a garage demo with a piece of equipment! Was most concerned with damaging the neighbor's property, so we started off timid, but ended up knocking it out in 5 hours!
The Kubota SVL 65-2 was the perfect size. The jenkins grapple bucket was over built for the job and made light work of demoing the garage. Highly recommend them both!

Great job guys 👍🏾
Great video! Three companies all doing demolition popped up on my recommend and I think it’s a sign. I’ve been wanting to get into the demolition of mobile homes and larger structures badly.
Bidding jobs like junk removal is a great move!
Nice work, satisfying watching it all get cleaned up!
Thanks man! It was satisfying for sure
Thanks for that awesome entertainment bud🤟🏽 Keep’em coming 🔥🔥🔥💯 Take care dude ✌🏽
Appreciate it man! I'll try to keep pumping them out!
Nice work 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Your next purchase..
.... Mini. Then hook lift
Both are on the list!
Yessss
Finally!!!!!
Let me know how your tear down goes
NOICE!
Thanks!
Never demolished a shed, but would it have been possible to drag it on your contianer trailer? Cool video
It was too wide and wobbly! But that is what you see us dragging the roof onto and then stacking the large piles of wood on top!
Do you like the skid for demo over a mini excavator?
Skid with the grapple is awesome. But the mini is even better. Especially when you can sit right next to the dumpster and keep from tearing up the landscape. Except for when you demo a very old brick building or something with a lot of loose material. Then I'd like to use the skid for scooping up bucket loads.
@@rollingops yes im back and forth on what I want. Mini ex, skid, or mini skid
A mini ex would be perfect for jobs like this. Just a heads up.
One day I'll have both to choose from!
@@rollingops keep it man. Love the videos. And all the content. It’s kinda scary watching you basically par cor on the dumpsters.
@@alexmalm6406 hahaha thanks man!
Nice! How much did you charge for this?
Take a guess, let's play over or under
2.5k
@@rollingops 4000
2800 saw it below..... What was the total weight to dump ?
@@outdoorzwithcraigdz two tickets, I believe I was under 4 tons, the roof was in awful condition, which would usually be your heaviest portion, so it saved a lot. I anticipated it 5-6 tons.
I know u talk about a mini excavator now would be that time
In due time. I'm not made of money, but it's on the sheet goals for 2023.
Square footage of that garage?
Don't really rember actually. I'd be lying if I told you a number now
I do rember it being lime 22 feet long though, so maybbbbeee 22×10
What did the job pay?
$2800
I mustache you a question
Got me there
13:30 no sound
Drone footage, doesn't have any sadly
The mess you created with skid steer would have been minimal with excavator
Yea, and running any business is better when you have this or that. But ya gotta use what you have access to when the job comes up, and can get the most ROI. If I go out and rent a mini X despite having this skid, I'm cutting into my profit on the job. Just like if I rented a big dumpster from another company. Yea it would be nice. But again less ROI
LOL IM CONFINED TO BED WITH BROKEN LEG AN YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE HOW ENTERTAING THIS IS WATCHING GARGAGE TORN DOWN AN LAWN MOWING IM LATE 70,S LOLLOLALSO LIKE THEIR SMILING FACES
Rest up! Thanks so much for watching! ⌚️
